If sources are to be believed, two important Secretariats are likely to be merged. They said, one should not be surprised if Secretariats of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha are merged. If this happens these Secretariats will be placed under the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs. However, there is no official information about such a move.
